This information on the processing of personal data, in compliance with articles 13 (Privacy Policy) and 122 (Cookie Policy) of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data, aims to make known to users of this Web site:

The Code dictates the regulation of the processing of personal data, that is, of any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means, concerning the collection, registration, organization, processing, modification, dissemination, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of any information concerning a natural person, legal person, body or association, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

Subject of the information

This information concerns the treatment of the conferment, collection and subsequent operations performed on the personal data of the Users of the Website, by browsing its pages and, above all, by means of requesting information and providing personal data to half emails, form contacts and similar operations.

The processing of personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights of freedom of users, interested in the treatment.

Purpose of the treatment

The personal data provided to Pixwell and the other data collected concerning you will be processed in accordance with the Code regarding the protection of personal data.

User data will be collected directly from you, as interested parties, or from third parties authorized to do so or taken from public lists.

The processing of data given in general (so-called browsing data, such as, for example, anonymous data on visits) will be made, following automatic collection, for the sole purpose of verification and control of access to the Website. This also applies to technical cookies, to be understood as session, functionality or analytics cookies. With regard to the latter, in particular, the site has provided for the anonymization of IP addresses, in accordance with the clarifications of the Guarantor. The collection and use of the aforementioned browsing data (without prejudice to the anonymisation of the IP addresses) allow monitoring of the Website’s progress and allow the improvement of the service offered.

The processing of data provided directly by Users with e-mail messages or filling out contact forms or in other similar ways will instead be solely aimed at rendering the information requested or the different purposes specified from time to time on the Site, subject to the foregoing to the faculties granted by the art. 130 4th paragraph of the Code.

The sending of such e-mail messages to the general and non-general e-mail addresses highlighted on the Website, the compilation of contact form fields, as well as the autonomous and voluntary insertion of data and information in the appropriate free fields of the same, will involve the acquisition of the data provided. This will allow the Website to make requests and appropriate information as well as to complete the online procedure that the User has undertaken.

To this end, it is specified that some browsing data, such as the IP addresses of the Users, may be processed by the Data Controller for the sole purpose of preventing and/or in any case countering the hypothesis of unauthorized access with insertion in the form or in the forms published on the fancy or non-true data.

Following this information and the fact that Pixwell does not carry out online consultancy activities, the interested party undertakes not to provide sensitive or judicial data.

In the event that these categories of data were nevertheless provided, Pixwell will immediately delete them.

For the spontaneous reception of resumes sent by job candidates through the site or to the e-mail addresses indicated therein, it should be noted that the information is not however due pursuant to art. 13 last paragraph D.Lgs. 196/2003 and that at the time of the eventual first contact following the sending of the curriculum will be renewed, also orally, a brief report similar to this.

Method of treatment

PIXWELL ensures that the User’s data will be processed in full compliance with the Code regarding the protection of personal data, according to the principles of lawfulness, relevance and non-excess, through manual, computerized or telematic tools.

In particular, personal data will be stored on paper and computerized media belonging to PIXWELL and interconnected with all authorized processors.

Communication and dissemination of data

User data may be communicated nationally and internationally:

No personal data conferred by the Users in general will be communicated to third parties (outside the case of communication to the competent Authorities, in the hypothesis of ascertaining the carrying out of illegal activities) or, even less, widespread. Exceptions are navigation data and similar (which refers to the above), as well as third-party profiling cookies (for which reference is made to the Cookie Policy of this Website), which will be communicated to the respective interested third parties, where these do not directly manage them as Data Controllers.

No personal data will be disseminated.

As regards the circulation of data inside the Data Controller’s structure, it will be carried out only through specifically appointed and instructed Persons in Charge and / or Managers, for which reference should be made to the specific previous paragraph.
